4. Who can benefit from coaching?

Anyone who desires to maximize his or her potential can benefit from a coach. A common misconception regarding those who reach Board Level is that they no longer need personal development. In actuality, this is seldom the case. Unfortunately, personal growth opportunities for people at this level are rare. One major drawback of being in a senior position is isolation from meaningful feedback.

5. Is this only for business owners?

 No. While these services greatly benefit business owners, we also offer coaching and consulting services to individual employees.  This is typically viewed as a valuable privilege and a powerful tool for star performers who wish to shine even brighter--akin to the world-class athlete who seeks coaching in order to continue to improve. Occasionally, business owners and leaders provide this program to executives who have high potential but are not performing as expected. We help leaders and employees "get out of their own way," by assisting them in identifying and resolving roadblocks and blind spots. 

6. What types of services do you provide?

What makes us so effective is our ability to examing the entire organization and provide solutions that effect the entire system--as opposed to just addressing symptoms. Our typical engagement begins with an organizational assessment to identify organizational and individual strengths and weaknesses. The next step is often to provide coaching the leadership team through a comprehensive strategic planning process. This gets everyone in the organization in the same boat and rowing in the same direction. From there, we focus on whatever issue will have the most profound impact on the firm's ability to execute its strategy. These other services include individual executive coaching, business process improvement, building hiring benchmarks for key employees, leadership development, sales training, customer loyalty training, and time management programs. We also provide speakers for organizations and associations.
