1. What is Executive Coaching?
Executive coaching involves assisting business leaders to design and implement strategies to improve performance both personally and organizationally. Typically, we start at the top and work with the executive team to improve their individual capabilities and communications. From there, our work encompasses individuals and teams throughout the organization.
2. Do you work with individuals or with entire organizations?
The answer is "both." Sometimes executive development requires a confidential one-to-one relationship where a wide range of issues can be more confidentially explored and resolved. Other times, an entire organization may benefit from coaching. We'll work with you to determine which approach will be most beneficial.
3. Are your services expensive?
Individual and organizational development often require a significant investment in order to be effective. However, poor leadership, lack of planning, and inefficient processes cost a LOT more than our services. We're very careful to analyze your individual situation to make sure the ROI warrants an investment in our services. Nearly always, our clients report their investment paid for itself within the first several months.
